Eligibility Requirements:
If you hold a current amateur radio license and you were licensed as a ham at least
25 years ago, you are eligible to join QCWA.
It is not necessary for you to have been continuously licensed for twenty-five years.
You can join QCWA on January 1st of the year you're eligible.

the form. The address where to send it is on the form. Cost is currently only $10.00 per year.
